- Due to the nature of consumable products, we do not accept returns on opened products.

- Refunds will be issued for eligible damaged or incorrect items only.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
3. Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs on returns, except for damaged or incorrect items.
4. Shipping Errors and Damaged Products
- If your order is damaged or shipped incorrectly, ZOMERGY will cover the shipping costs for replacement items.
